Three projects. Nine deliberate bugs. Reviewable fixes.

Playtest Lab is a game development and QA portfolio built around compact engine assessments.

Relay — Godot 3D platformer

Investigate ledge-jump timing, checkpoint respawns and a three-relic exit requirement. Includes moving-platform physics, a candidate build and the fixed reference project.

Field Courier — Unity inventory and quests

Repair capacity limits, exact delivery requirements and quest persistence. Includes C# source, a procedural 3D field and Editor rule tests.

Sentinel — Godot enemy behavior and combat

Investigate cover detection, telegraphed attacks and duplicate damage events across a patrol/chase/combat state machine.

Included

All six source variants, task briefs, success criteria, reference patches, regression checks, reviewer rubrics, playtesting guidance and README documentation.

Validation

21 reference checks passed: 13 in Godot and 8 in Unity. Candidate copies produced the nine intended failures. Four Godot startup checks passed. Human end-to-end playtesting and Unity visual Play Mode checks remain unexecuted and are labeled in the documentation.

Requires Godot 4.5.1 Standard or Unity 6000.2.7f2 for the relevant project. Original procedural primitives; no paid assets or plugins. MIT license.

The browser content is the portfolio viewer. Engine assessments run from the downloaded source projects.
